More about: Santorini island
Nationality: Swiss
Age: 41

The trip: I came by plane to Athens Greece and then Santorini Island. The trip was confortable.
Reasons for going to Santorini: I love it. I know this place since 20 years. Remarkaable volcanic energy. Spectacular caldera and views. Beautiful cycladic architecture, no high buildings.
Idea before arriving: I was worried about negative changes since my last holiday here 4 years ago.
Expectations and opinions: It met my expactations, as always but the changes in the last 4 years made me sad. Perissa changed. The island is less natural than 10 to 15 years ago. Too many buildings splatered arround.
Favorite thing about Santorini: Fira, stroll arround there. Enjoy the caldera view. Great and unique. Excellent dinners at Koukoumavlos restaurant.
Negative opinion: All the new buildings. Seem built without any plans. I would be ashamed if I was the Maire.

I am going to Santorini for 20 years know and there is no reason why I wouldn't return.
