One painting and sculpture group exhibition, six music concerts and a children's narrative performance are presented this year in the Megaro Gyzi Festival 2012. The festival will take place from August 1st to 23rd in the 17th century Gyzi Mansion (Megaro Gyzi), located near the cable car station in Fira Santorini. Entrance to all events is free.

The painting and sculpture group exhibitionMemories brings together 8 renowned artists: an artistic journey to emotion, memory and free coherence. The exhibition will last till the end of the festival.
Saturday, August 4th, 21:00
The unique piano triet AXA: One Piano, Six Hands offers an original experience for the eyes and ears. Three pianists, the German Anne Salie, the Greek Xenia Kourkoumeli and the Ukrainian Alina Pronina play together in one piano classical and contemporary music.

The Greek signer Elli Paspala and the pianist Takis Farazis awakens memories of loves that we have lived or still live. English language songs in a concert named Rainbows, Moons and Bicycles.

The Greek storyteller Sassa Voulgari presents a children's narrative performance titled Is it true or I dreamed with stories and tales for children and adults.

A special recital of classical music for violin and piano with two outstanding virtuoso soloists, the Hungarian violonist Edua Zadory and the Ukrainian pianist Anastasiia Dombrovska.

The Greek guitarist Takis Barberis and his group presents a musical event where jazz music meets funk and rock, while Indian meets the Greek and Balkan music.
Thursday, August 23rd, 21:00
The leading vibraphonist and composer Christos Rafalides, founder of the renowned jazz group Manhattan Vibes, meets the significant bassist and composer Petros Klampanis, with guest the top percussionist Bodek Janke.
