Volcano fee should be included in price

Hi we are Daniel and Sari and we are 26 and 25 years old, from Finland. We've been to ten countries and this summer we went to Greece, on the island of Santorini. We went on a tour to the Volcano, the Hot Springs, Thirassia and Oia, because at the siesta no other tour agency was open and this company we went with had a very good service at the harbor.
We left on a sailing boat, from an easy point to find, with no delay and we received an excellent welcome! The trip was comfortable, not crowded and with good ambiance. We had a guide who spoke clearly in English, French and another language we don’t speak, probably Greek and all of our questions were answered. All the staff was very polite and professional.
We saw the Volcano, swam in the Hot Springs, saw Thirassia, and then Oia. The service was wonderful and we really liked seeing the Volcano and the Hot Springs. The only thing we would recommend to change has to do with the Volcano’s enter price, 2 euros, that could have been prepaid when paying the trip.
The tour lasted for 6 hours, and we’ve never attended similar tours. We would rate the organization and quality with 8/10, and the interest of it again with 8/10. It was an authentic experience, with a good price, and very interesting to kids and the elderly. We would definitely recommend it to others.
