No Name in Santorini
Located in one of the most beautiful spots in the village of Kamari Santorini, there is Noname Restaurant, well-known both among locals and tourists for the great food, efficient service and reasonable price.
The menu, which includes cold and hot appetizers, pasta, pizza, grilled meat and Mexican dishes, is mostly a combination of Mediterranean cuisine and traditional Greek dishes. Noname also has a range of carefully selected wines. George, the owner, oversees all arrangements and he is personally involved in the day to day running of the restaurant.
In the evenings, there is Greek music and on Monday nights the restaurant hosts a "Greek night" at no extra charge beyond the cost of food and beverage. Greek nights, quite popular with tourists, are accompanied by Greek dancing to the cries of "Opah."
Prices are quite moderate. The place also hosts private celebrations, wedding receptions or official events, and special menus and deals are offered for such occasions.

We were looking for a fun evening on the beach when we saw Noname Restaurant in Kamari. It was Monday Night and they had a "Greek Night" in their program. This was the best evening I had spent. The dancing and the music was good fun. We always like when we see a panigiri in a village or a Greek night in a tavern! I ate superb traditional Greek food with wine and they bought us dessert when asked for the bill. The lobster was simply out of this world and the house wine was excellent. No need for the more expensive wine as this is better than good. Despite not having a reservation, they gave me a very good table. Apparently reservations are not that usual in Greece except if you want to do a party. The service was enthusiastic and quick. Ask for the day dishes and prefer traditional meals than the usual grilled meat!
