General Information:
Nichteri Restaurant opened its doors in 2003 on the waterfront of Kamari Beach and offers a Greek-Mediterranean cuisine, a fine balance between traditional and contemporary cooking techniques. The ambiance is nice there with a view of the sea and equally also nice terrace views of the volcanic sand. The decoration is in a pleasant shade of pastel green that is a perfect foil for the blue waters of the Aegean.
The restaurant uses ingredients from all over Greece: cheese from Crete, Syros and Naxos, as well as indigenous vegetables and a wide choice of wines from all over Greece. Traditional dishes like fava, bratada (codfish fillet in tomato sauce), arachovitiko lamb (a Greek specialty), exotic salads and starters, as well as modern fare like the sea food spaghetti, vinsanto chicken or pasta are common items on the restaurant menu. The bar also boasts two varieties of draught Craft beer. The restaurant is open at lunch and dinner and the pricing is moderate.
