General Information:
Perched on top of the caldera's edge, close to the main square of Firostefani, there is the Ginger Sushi Lounge.
The square has a large parking space. With views of white washed stone windmills and blue domed churches, the restaurant has a casual ambiance and offers an authentic Japanese dining experience.
The menu includes an assortment of appetizers, hot and cold entrees and a range of cocktails. Although the menu covers dishes such as fresh Hamachi, hot Sake and interesting dessert creations, the specialty dish at Ginger's, of course, is sushi, and many regulars who endorse its highly authentic taste claim that it is without doubt one of the best sushi in Greece.
Ginger Sushi Lounge opens daily until late. The restaurant offers both dine-in and take away facilities.
