The Casablanca Soul Bar is located on the rim of the volcanic caldera of Fira, the hot spot for nightlife in Santorini. An evening in Fira starts with dinner at one of the numerous restaurants of Fira or Oia, after which people head to discos, dancing clubs or bars like the Casablanca Soul to while away the nights. Exotic cocktails stirred up by talented bartenders on Santorini. The daquiries, Mojito passion, tropicana and champagne cocktails served at the Casablaca Soul are quite a hit with locals and new comers. George K Tony is the music guru at Casablanca. An in-house DJ (actually, the only resident DJ in Fira), George has been playing since 1986 and he is probably the only DJ who plays real funk. Popular live bands from around the world are invited to perform at the Casablanca. The bar opens at 10 pm and closes after the last guest has departed, early in the morning.
