Our villas can easily accommodate from 2 to 4 persons with their traditional bedrooms (double or twin beds) and living areas. Both the kitchenette and the bathroom maintain the same Santorinean volcanic architecture, while equipped with modern facilities (mini oven, fridge, coffee maker, boiler, hair dryer...).Some of our bathrooms have showers and some simple bath tubs or jacuzzi ones. Also, at your disposal are direct telephone, satellite TV, CD player and safe deposit boxes.

All accommodation has a spectacular view over the caldera to the volcano and the satellite islands of Santorini including views of three-quarters of the main island to Firostefani, Pyrgos, Kamari & Akrotiri. Ikies is located at the edge of the village of Oia and with commanding views over it, guests at ikies quickly tune themselves into the complete tranquility of the romantic village. The houses at ikies are carved out of pumice into the cliffs of the caldera and boast post-card perfect white-washed roofs, yet each house is equipped with individually controlled air-conditioning, direct-dial telephone lines, satellite TV, and some of the houses even have private outdoor hot tubs.

Villa Io provides total privacy and an ideal hide-away. The farm-style kitchen is large and well equipped with a dinning area. Double wooden doors open up into a single room and a staircase leads you up to a delightful den, which can accommodate two people. Through an arched passageway you will find the living room with doors leading out to the courtyard and pool. Double doors lead from the lounge to a comfortable double bedroom. The open-space bathroom has a Jacuzzi and shower with a separate restroom.

Villa Ivi is approached through painted blue doors which lead into a pretty and private courtyard, complete with the indulgence of an outdoor heated Jacuzzi. The central living room has a seating area, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The large master bedroom has a view of the courtyard and a walk-in closet. A large bathroom, with modern amenities serves this bedroom whilst the second bedroom, with its own private entrance from the courtyard, has a bathroom en-suite. The villa is suitable for two couples or a small family wanting a private retreat from which to explore the island.

Follow the narrow winding road from the square and you will reach the welcoming doors of Mansion Kyani. On the ground floor a barn-door leads you into a compact fully equipped kitchen. The extravagant en-suite bathroom features a large Jacuzzi and separate shower. Original wooden doors lead into the comfortable second double bedroom. The first floor of this Mansion offers large terrace, perfect for outside dining. The comfortable double bedroom, boast views overlooking the vineyards to one side and the Aegean to the other. Combined this Villa can accommodate up to 6 guests.

Built in 1867 and operated as a canava (winery), this old Santorini wine distillery produced traditional sun-dried wine up till the 1980s. In 2007 the canava was sensitively renovated and was skilfully turned into Kisiris Villa.
