Note:
All prices quoted in euro are per house and include champagne american
breakfast, taxes and transfers to / from airport, port, beach and town.
Extra bed 120/140/160euro, including american breakfast and taxes.
Upon arrival fresh fruits basket, wine bottle, bathrobes free of charge.
All vip amenities free of charge.
Free use of private beach, chairs and umbrellas. Free use of fitness club with cybex equipment.
Baby cot on request at a charge of 40 euro per night.
Butler service (upon request)
Pets up to 10 kilos are welcome at the price of 40 euro per night, half board.
Please note that the majority of bathrooms are with showers.

Cancellation policy: we will charge 50% of the stay: 2 weeks prior to the arrival on period 1 and 4 and 3 weeks on periods 2,3 & 5
In case of non-show or early departure, we charge the whole amount of the stay.
