Booking Policy:
We require the cost for the first two or three nights as a deposit.You sign the receipt and pay the balance at your departure

Cancellation Policy:
No fee is charged for cancellation prior to 21 days
before confirmed arrival date and deposit is totally refunded.
From 7 to 19 days results in 50% of the stay.
From 1 to 6 days results in 75% of the stay.
For no show or departure prior to the scheduled date results in 100% chargeof the stay.
