Tucked away in the heart of the village, it is a gentle 200 meter stroll up a foot path from the village square, to the charming villa. The enclosed cobbled courtyard has a private plunge pool which doubles as a Jacuzzi with four massage jets to one side of the pool. The canava has one open-plan room which serves as a sitting room and bedroom, with a small kitchenette to the front of the villa. The spacious bathroom has a stone banquette and large shower. The Stone House is perfect for a couple that are looking for a small, traditional and uniquely Santorinian home on the island.

Villa Io provides total privacy and an ideal hide-away. The farm-style kitchen is large and well equipped with a dinning area. Villa Ivi is approached through painted blue doors which lead into a pretty and private courtyard, complete with the indulgence of an outdoor heated Jacuzzi. The central living room has a seating area, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The large master bedroom has a view of the courtyard and a walk-in closet. A large bathroom, with modern amenities serves this bedroom whilst the second bedroom, with its own private entrance from the courtyard, has a bathroom en-suite. Follow the narrow winding road from the square and you will reach the welcoming doors of Mansion Kyani. On the ground floor a barn-door leads you into a compact fully equipped kitchen. The extravagant en-suite bathroom features a large Jacuzzi and separate shower. Original wooden doors lead into the comfortable second double bedroom. The first floor of this Mansion offers large terrace, perfect for outside dining. The comfortable double bedroom, boast views overlooking the vineyards to one side and the Aegean to the other. Combined this Villa can accommodate up to 6 guests.

The peaceful village of Megalochori makes a much sought after and appreciated alternative to the bustling and jostling of the busy city of Fira. Double doors lead directly from the courtyard into a spacious lounge and dining area with its superb high vaulted ceilings and original polished wooden floors. The two double bedrooms, one master and one smaller second bedroom, lead off from either side of the central living room. One bathroom, with modern amenities, services both bedrooms. The well equipped kitchen has an original stone arch which now serves as a washing up and preparation area.
