Terms and Conditions
● All above Rates are quoted in Euro, per night, per room and inclusive of hot-cold water, soap, toilet paper, towels, sheets, air conditioning, fridge, satellite TV and all taxes.
●Check in time 13:00. Check out time 12:00. Clients occupying the room till 18:00 are charged an extra 50% on room rate. After 18:00 a full room rate is paid.
●The room rate is increased by 20%, if an extra bed is added at client's request.
●No fee is charged for cancellation prior to 15 days before confirmed arrival date.
●Any cancellation made within 14 days from the arrival day or in case of no-show or departure prior to the scheduled date results 50% of the entire booking.
