● All above Rates are quoted in Euro , per night , per room and inclusive of hot-cold water ,soap ,toilet paper ,
towels , sheets , air conditioning , fridge , satellite TV and all taxes.
●Check in time 13:00 . Check out time 12:00.Clients occupying the room till 18:00 are charged an extra 50%
on room rate .After 18:00 a full room rate is paid.
●The room rate is increased by 20% ,if an extra bed is added at client\'s request.
●No fee is charged for cancellation prior to 15 days before confirmed arrival date.
●Any cancellation made within 14 days from the arrival day or in case of non-show or departure prior to the
scheduled date results 50% of the entire booking.
