Built in 1983, extended in 1995 and renovated (remodernized) in 2000 Caldera Villas is situated at the Cliffside of Oia village, viewing to the volcano. Remodernized studios and apartments, respecting the architectural tradition of the island with a special air and style and offering at the same time all modern comforts for an unforgettable residence. The bar with sun terrace, the swimming pool and the porches are in perfect harmony with the complex, offering moments of serenity and relaxation.

Our villas can easily accommodate from 2 to 4 persons with their traditional bedrooms (double or twin beds) and living areas. Both the kitchenette and the bathroom maintain the same Santorinean volcanic architecture, while equipped with modern facilities (mini oven, fridge, coffee maker, boiler, hair dryer...).Some of our bathrooms have showers and some simple bath tubs or jacuzzi ones. Also, at your disposal are direct telephone, satellite TV, CD player and safe deposit boxes.
