Reservation Info of Irida
Note:
The rates are in euro, per studio, per night and include all taxes. The rates are for 2 persons, an additional 20% will be charged for each additional visitor.

Cancellation policy:
A client is entitled to a full refund of the down payment if the cancellation made is 21 days or more prior to his/her arrival.
A client is required to pay a penalty of 50% of the total amount of the reservation if a cancellation is made 21 days of less prior to his/her arrival.
In case of non-show (the expected client does not arrive on the given date) Irida Studios retains the right to charge or demand payment for 100% of the total amount of the reservation.
(*The above-mentioned time limits and penalties are in accordance to the ordinance (N. 1652/86 F.E.K. 167A\'). The 21-day limit applies to the actual days the cancellation is made prior to the arrival date and is in no way related to the date the reservation is made.)
Changing dates on a confirmed reservation: If a visitor requests a change in the dates within the same time period (ie. low season) of their initial reservation (that has already been confirmed by Irida), a penalty fee will be applied equaling the cost of one night of the reservation, in addition to the total cost of the reservation. If a visitor wishes to change his/her confirmed reservation to another time period (ie. from low to mid seaon) IRIDA retains the right to consider the original reservation cancelled therefore the cancellation policies will apply.
A reservation is finalized only after a down payment has been made equaling 50% the total cost of the visit. The deposit and guarantee for the reservation, must be made only via credit card. If there are any special circumstances where the visitor may not have a credit card available please contact us (via e-mail or phone) so that special arrangements may be made to accommodate you.
