The above rates are calculated per night, and include continental breakfast and all taxes.
Baby cots are free of charge.
Accommodation is not suitable for children under 10-12 years of age.
Extra person only in Apartment & Superior Apartment with extra charged 30 euro per night (Upon Availability).

Confirmation
All confirmed bookings must be guaranteed by advanced deposit prior to arrival, equal to the 50% of the stay and to be paid either by bank transfer at the following Bank account: Piraeus Bank:57060 1260 8240 (Agali Houses)or by a Master or Visa credit card with the expiration date.
Cancellation Policy
NOTES:
-Confirmation: A hotel¢s credit card authorization is required in order to confirm a reservation.
-Cancellation policy: No fee is charged for cancellation prior to 21 days before confirmed arrival date.
Any cancellation made within 14 days in Low Season and 21 days in High Season results 50% of the entire booking.
Non-show or departure prior to the scheduled date results 100% of the entire booking.
