All bookings to be secured by a 30% deposit at the time of booking via credit card or deposit in our bank account.
The deposit will be fully refunded in case of cancellation earlier than 25 days prior arrival.
All taxes and breakfast are included in rates.

Cancellation 20 to 30 days prior arrival costs 50% of the total amount
Cancellation 10 to 19 days prior arrival costs 75 % of the total amount
Cancellation 1 to 9 days prior arrival costs 100 % of the total amount
NO SHOW costs 100 % of the total amount
Early Departures
GUESTS ARE CHARGED the full amount of their stay in cases of early departure/ non-completion of official reservation days.
