Spent 5 great days on Santorini in the best hotel on the island for proximity to all of the sites worth visiting.
Nikos,the owner welcomed us and provided very useful information on transportation to sites,restaurants,and best of all the recommendation of eating at Salamanga's restaurant, a Greek specialty fish soup,the "Kakavia".
Room was comfortable,service was impeccable and we felt at home in the breakfast room.

hotel bellissimo in tipiche costruzioni greche, pulito, organizzato, di bell'aspetto, situato in posizione strategica (2 minuti da Fira bellissima per lo shopping , 20 da oia stupenda per il tramonto:unico al mondo, 15 dal faro e le piω belle spiaggie dell'isola:perissa, Kamari e Perivolus), personale cordiale ed efficiente, sempre pronto a dispensare consigli e info. sia sulle spiaggie da visitare, sia sui ristoranti sia sui tour in barca da fare sia su tutto il resto...
In definitiva voto 10+++++++
CI RITORNEREI DOMANI STESSO!!!!

P.S. presto ti invierς le ricette per la Pizza, lasagne e sughi per la pasta cosμ come mi avevi chiesto cortesemente!!!!

Karterados is a perfect base for exploring the whole of the Island as it is close to Fira, without being in the town - much more relaxing, central for all the sights and a delightful village with great local restaurants and amenities.
Maistros Village is a lovely, family owned hotel where nothing is too much trouble and the host is thoughtful, kind and helpful including meeting us from the ferry and organising our car hire (from the hire company in Karterados, very good value). The rooms were large and airy, clean and comfortable with balconies overlooking the view of the sea. The pool was beautiful and inviting.
We would have loved to have had longer and look forward to returning one day.

One of the best hotels ever seen for the services provided. We were glad to see that the owners of the hotel Mr Nikolas and Mrs Evangelia have hugged us with their hospitality and smile every day. We recommend this hotel to any one coming to Santorini, since it is not just the premises, but also the people that surround this hotel that makes this hotel the best recommendation.

I spent 4 fantastic nights in maistros village with special friends! The hospitality was great, the rooms confortable with all modern facilities. Nikos and his family were very kind and helpful. I will be back soon!!! many special thanks for everything from Cyprus!!!
