Livadia beach reviews Our Impressions: There are a couple of scruffy beaches on the main town’s waterfront but this is the closest real beach. It is well used because of its convenience. It is a very long beach with loungers towards the far end. It is certainly not the cleanest beach on the island and there are quite a few cigarette butts etc. The sea still looks clear enough and find for a swim. Considering where it is this beach is ok. It’s clearly quite noisy due to its location. But the view out to sea is pleasant and if you want to pop down from town for an hour on the beach then it does the job nicely.
