General Information:
Koukoutsi is a quaint small cafe-bar located at the central square in Parikia Paros. The cafeteria has been operating for decades now and it is favorite among the locals who wander in all through the day for a quick beer or coffee, Italian or Greek. This cafe-bar also serves wine, ouzo or raki with a fine spread of mezedes. As for the mezedes, there is no permanent menu.
The chef shops daily and picks up the freshest of seafood from the day’s catch. Tourists come in to tuck into a meal of salad, black eyed beans and succulent mackerel washed down with a flask of sumo, while enjoying a fine selection of old Greek music playing in the bar. Koukoutsi is located right behind the Agricultural Bank in Parikia, and it is easy enough to locate.
