RESERVATION & CANCELATION POLICY About our reservation and cancellation policy, please find it following. We need the 30% of the total cost of the accommodation as a reservation deposit and the balance (70%) should be paid with your arrival. Up to 15 days prior your arrival you could cancel without penalty and we will send you back the 30% that you have deposited to us as a reservation deposit. If you cancel the reservation from 14 days prior your check in up to 7 days prior your check in the hotel will charge you the 30% (we do not refund the reservation deposit). If you cancel the booking from the last 6 days prior your check in up your check in or non show there is penalty of the total cost of the booking-we charge you with the total cost of the booking. Once the booking is made please supply to the hotel the CVC codes of your credit card in order to guarantee your booking.
