Tziblakis is a traditional shop selling a wide choice of cheese, olive oils and local wines. The shop was founded in 1938 by Ioannis Tziblakis. It is situated at Papavasiliou street, a commercial road in Naxos Town. Today, the son and the grandson of Ioannis Tsiblakis run the shop, offering a large collection of local products.
The shop offers different varieties of cheese, like arseniko, kefalotiri, xinomizithra and graviera. The Tsiblakis family has been specializing for many decades in the production of cheese and other products, offering precious advice for the perseverance of the products. The shop also sells handicrafts and ceramics.
Tsiblakis shop is the home of many Naxian treats and delicacies, including raki, wine, honey, traditional spoon sweets and mountain tea with many therapeutic benefits for pain, aches and colds.
