To Kastro, as the name suggests, is a taverna located in Braduna Square, at the foot of Kastro quarter, Chora. The spacious terrace offers magnificent views across the harbor and guests can even see Paros at a distance. The views of the sunset and St George Beach are particularly awesome and the ambience is lovely.
The cuisine is basically Mediterranean and there are few specialties from the chef. Some of the popular dishes at the tavern include a veal casserole combined with potatoes and Zucchini covered in soft white cheese, and stifado, a traditional baked stew prepared from rabbit meat, onions and red wine.
