Enetiko is one of the newest restaurants in Naxos Town and offers one of the most spectacular views over the port. The ambience is lovely and so are the sunset views. Although the cuisine is traditional Greek, the menu also has innovative combinations of tastes and flavors. The restaurant focuses on the freshness of the ingredients and an impressive presentation that speaks of fine dining. The starter list is extensive and includes such items as Ramekin with four cheeses, rolled pie with cheese and ham, mushroom a la cream, potato stuffed with bacon, cheese, mushroom and pepper, grilled vegetables, tzatziki, a variety of risottos, fresh salads and cheese pies.
The bread in Enetiko is served with a tasty olive paste. The cocktail list includes tequila, marguerita, pina colada, bellini (champagne with peach juice), and the Enetiko Special, a cocktail of Grand Marnier, champagne and bitters. For deserts, there is the traditional yoghurt with wild cherries or quince, chocolate souffle, coconut cake with a topping of maple syrup, ice creams and brownies. The entrance of the restaurant is through a covered alley way, still the views overlooking the water are much better than in some of the other restaurants sitting right on the waterfront.
