Naxos
Island has a domestic airport situated just 3 km from the capital. The airport works since 1992 and connects the island to Athens. It doesn't receive international or charter flights.
Local buses frequently run between Chora and the airport. Taxis are also available from the airport to the capital
and vice versa. It takes about 10 minutes to reach Chora town from the airport.
Many hotels propose the transfer with their private
mini buses.
