Modern and fully equipped kitchen with: dishwasher, oven-ceramic hotplates, microwave, fridge, filter and espresso coffee machine, two toasters, fruit blender, water heater, all cooking and dine facilities.Spacious living room for multiple use in the basement. This living room can be used as a meeting room, playroom or even as an extra bedroom!
