A spacious new luxury villa with a swimming pool(8*4)32m2 near the village and the beach of Saint Prokopios and Saint George beach (in town). The brand new villa has been built(in 2006) to high standards and provides a comfortable accommodation for up 6-7 people. The villa is 140 m2 and has extensive outdoor terraces in natural stone and a paved area around the swimming pool. There are areas of both sun and shade on the terraces.
