The artistic workshop of the Municipal Organization for the Cultural Development of Mykonos starts working again at the beginning of November with its usual courses: hagiography, mosaic, pottery, painting, photography and arts for children, and also with some new and particularly interesting courses: theatre and playing of tsampouna (a traditional Greek musical instrument).
Some courses address to teenagers over 15 and adults, while others address only to children. Apart from these courses, a chorus for adults will work as well as a special class to learn Greek traditional dances. Those who are interested can get information from the offices of this municipal organization in Matoyanni, Mykonos Chora, from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 3 pm (telephone 22890/27190).
