The trip: I took the Blue Star ferry and the trip was good. No delays at all.
Reasons for going to Mykonos: The island was recommended by friends.
Idea before arriving: I was expecting for great nightlife, beautiful beaches with white sand and clear waters, good food and friendly people.
Expectations and opinions: Yes, it met my expectations. It is a great island.
- Island/area: 10/10 Great beaches, very beautiful, nice people
- Landscapes: 10/10 So beautiful
- Tree Covered: 1/10 No really my trees that I recall
- Beaches & waters: 10/10 Amazing beaches
- Cleanliness: 10/10 Very clean, especially our hostel Mamas Pension
- Villages: 10/10 Main Town: 10/10 Only one village and I loved it!
- Food/ restaurants: 10/10 Great food, a bit expensive
- Nightlife: 6/10 No so many people in May but still very fun
- Local people: 10/10 Very nice people
- Accommodation: 10/10 Mamas pension is the best
- Activities -/10 Excursions -/10 Sightseeing: 10/10
- Prices: 7/10 Sometimes a bit pricey
- Public Transportations: -/10 Never used. We rent ATVs and it was great! Taxis are cheap.
- Authenticity 10/10
- Peace & quiet 10/10 No much people on the beaches
- Weather 8/10 A bit windy and cold

Favorite thing about Mykonos: The beaches
Check for the restaurant on the beach of St Stefanos.
Negative opinion: Some stores had the same stuff exactly for more expensive prices!
Recommendations: Rent ATV or a car. It was really nice to be abble to go all over!!

I will definitely go back to Mykonos and will recommend the island to all my friends and family.
Rate of the overall quality/organization/services of this island/area in comparison with other countries: 9/10 We had problems to reach the boat due to the police man. He wouldn't let us on. The need to be more careful because we almost lost our boat!
