Unfortunately, we stayed only 3 days in Mykonos. If only we had a little more time...
We were a group of five and had rented a car, so we drove around all day and went from one beach to the other. I don't remember the names of the beaches, but they were all gorgeous!!!
It was my first time in the Greek islands and I found a paradise that I didn't expect. Clean water, people in the sea all the time, laughing and screaming and having fun and dancing in the beach bars and feeling so much energy!!! Why didn't I go to
Mykonos earlier?
That's what I am thinking now but I can tell you I go again. Probably the best holidays for many, many years. Sun, music and the sea. I found out that these are enough for amazing vacations and Greece has plenty of them.
Also eat a lot of souvlaki and gyros. It is so pity we don't have such venues back home. Rent a car to see the island, especially if you are staying for a few days. Book early and it will be a burgain. If you wait last minute, probably you will pay it double or triple.
