Mykonos Reviews -General

Travel time from Athens to Mykonos is really long, about 7 hours with a slow ferry. So try to travel with the fast ferry and if possible go business class, economy is not very comfortable, especially if you want to sleep. The nightlife on Mykonos is insane - mid afternoon life as well! The beaches are lovely but very overcrowded. We never really left Paradise so can't really comment on any of other beaches. We only had 2 days so just enjoyed the beach at our campsite and the nightlife. There are 3 bars at the campsite and another club just up the road. Greek Souvlaki was also very good and gyros (tastes also good but very stodgy). The dining experience however is questionable. We were 2 girls on our own and we found the waiters a bit sleezy.
