Mykonos Town Hall: The Historical Town Hall of Mykonos Greece, Cyclades

Mykonos Town Hall: The magnificent Town Hall in Mykonos is one of the most enduring landmarks of the city. It was built in 1785 primarily to serve as a residence of the then Russian Count by the name of Ivan Voinovich during the infamous Russo - Turkish War.

Inside the premises, there are six well stocked libraries with a rich collection of books and manuscripts. The building is conspicuous by its splendid design and no visit is complete without a visit to the inspiring Town Hall. The Town Hall is strategically located in close proximity to the Tria Pigadia, which incidentally happens to be Mykonos’s one and only water fountain.
