Job Description:
Mykonos is also interested in recruiting well experienced Waiters/Waitresses for the everyday operation of the a la carte restaurant and room service for the 2008 season (Apr - Oct). The restaurant serves American type breakfast, all-day menu with snacks for the poolside area, and a la carte menu till late. Daily activities and responsibilities will require the following:
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Tourism industry degree
Previous experience in similar position
Ability to communicate fluently in both Greek and English language
Good knowledge of wines
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
Polite and second foreign language
PERSONAL SKILLS and QUALITIES
Neat, punctual, organizing, responsible, smart, and hospitable nature
Being able to work productively in a group
The problem solving waiter/waitress reports directly to the Hotel Manager and Assistant Manager. Interaction with guests will necessitate being well-mannered, well-presented and helpful.
