The run (20 Km) conducts to Cape Vani, where there is the old iron and manganese mine, that has worked from 1890 to the 1928.

Ah, Firiplaka! I could sit for hours in this amazing beach!! This is one of the best beaches in Cyclades, this and Agia Kiriaki, also in Milos. A picture from the moon, this is Sarakiniko! I was amazed to see such a beautiful beach in a small Greek island. I was always looking for pure Greek atmosphere with not too much touristic approach and therefore I was fully happy to discover Milos. Sarakiniko was indeed perfect, a landscape from the moon. I have the best
