Milos: Mandrakia Milos

Mandrakia Village Milos: Mandrakia is a small fishing village in close distance to Plaka, just 4 km away. The architecture of this picturesque village is traditional of Milos, as the architecture follows the natural landscape, carved on rocks around a small port.

These houses are used by fishers for the housing of the fishing boats and the nets. Such fishing villages are frequent in Milos. The church of Zoodohos Pigi stands on a hill above Mandrakia.
