Terms and Conditions
In order to book a room, studio or apartment an advance payment 30% of total cost of accommodation must be paid at a bank account. The balance is paid when you are leaving the accommodation. Credit cards are accepted. If you use a credit card an extra fee 2% will be charged for bank commissions.
Cancellation policy. If you cancel your reservation one month before your arrival all the advance payment is paid back to you at a bank account you will provide us. If you cancel your reservation 15 days before your arrival the half of the advance payment is paid back to you. If you cancel your reservation in the last 15 days before your arrival you may only use the advance payment as an advance payment for next year's holidays. Thank you.
