In order to reserve you need this detailed information:
Payment Details:
To guarantee a reservation a deposit of 30% of the total reservation is required. The rest is paid upon arrival.
Security Deposit:
We accept Visa & MasterCard.
We do not accept personal cheques.
We can supply our bank details on request.
Extra bed:
An extra charge of 20% is applied if an extra bed is added at the client's request. Children 2-6 years old staying in parent’s rooms and no use of an extra bed is requested, are free of charge. Baby cots are free of charge.
Pets:
are not allowed.
Terms and Conditions
For cancellations made at least 21 days prior to the onset of your trip or your arrival, no cancellation fees applied, except the 25.00 euros fee, for file expenses and administrative costs. The reimbursement will be based on your original transaction of payment.
For cancellations made in less than 21 days before your scheduled arrival date, our office reserves the right to keep the corresponding deposit made.
If after your arrival you wish to leave before the agreed date, you shall be liable to pay the total cost.
In case of no-show on arrival date or departure prior to scheduled departure date, the total amount of the scheduled stay will be charged.
