Reservation Policy
The reservation is confirmed on the date of the payment of the deposit arranged with the reservations department (About 25% of the total accommodation cost, with minimum deposit the cost of one night).
Cancellation Policy (decision of the Greek National Tourism Organisation no. 503007/1976 - FEK no.166):
- Cancellations received until up to 21 days before arrival will incur no charge and the whole deposit will be refunded.
- Cancellations received within 21 days before arrival will incur no extra charge but the amount of deposit will not be refunded.
- In case of departure before the booked date, a cancellation fee of 50% for the rest of the booked stay will be charged.
Pets are not allowed in the facilities of the complex, according to Law 1108 - 1938, as there are no special facilities for the accommodation of pets.
