Kythnos Tourism

Kythnos is an ideal destination not only for its natural beauty but for its healing hot water springs in Loutra which are considered the main tourist attraction. In fact, Kythnos tourism has largely developed due to these therapeutic springs, which are said to come from Mount Vesuvius, from under the sea. Apart from being close to Athens, Kythnos is typically Cycladic, with traditional villages and endless beaches with crystalline waters.

Tourism in Kythnos is calm and not as developed as other close islands. Kythnos has a tourist office providing tourists with all the needed information and services. On the other hand, there is no tourist police, therefore visitors can call at the police station for any problem concerning their stay in Kythnos.
