Koufonisia Reviews -General

I didn't expect so many beauties from such a small island. Koufonisia indeed has some of the best beaches in Greece. Pori, Gala and Nero are wonderful to swim and lay on the soft sand all day. It is very easy to go to the beaches, as taxi boats make tours every day. Or you can try walking, if you don't get tired easily. We stayed for 4 days in Koufonisia, so we had the chance to see all of the island. There is actually only one village to see, Chora, and many beaches around it. Chora is very picturesque, not much different from the other Cycladic villages but really calm. If you go in July and August, it will probably be busy and it will be hard to get a hotel room, so better try earlier months.
