At a short distance of one mile, one will find the beach of Fanos. This beach does not permit nudity. The closest village is that of Chora where one can find tavernas, some shops, a couple of supermarkets and just about two bars. For a trip to the beach, you could carry a few basics like drinking water and some food and, of course, your bathing gear.

Between the beaches of Fanos and Xarakopou there is an area for camping which boasts of a restaurant and a few facilities.
