Kea transportation

Buses

Kea is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are many options for getting around the island including public buses and taxis. All routes start from the capital Ioulida and the port. When a ferry arrives, there is a bus to get visitors to Ioulida and few other places around the island, like Vourkari and Koundouros. From Ioulida, there are also buses to many places around Kea.

Taxis

There are few taxis in Kea to transfer visitors to Ioulida, Vourkari and any beach around the island. There are taxis at the port anytime a ferry arrives.

Car rentals

The easiest way to get around Kea is probably to rent a car or motorbike. There are a couple of car rentals at the port of Kea.
