An island that worths the visit

Kea Review:
I went to Kea a few years ago and really liked this place. It is located not so far from Athens. Actually just 1 hour ferry from the port of Lavrion. The port of Lavrion is not so far from the airport of Athens and we took a cab. The island is one of the closests islands of the Cyclades from Athens and yet it is not crowded with many foreign people. The population is mainly greek which was much more interesting for us. I really felt in love with the capital of the island. It is located in a valley and what is really interesting is that you don't understand were the village is untill you pass the gates. Really picturesque village were you will enjoy a coffee watching the local people. I recommend this island if you are looking for a different experience than the classical Paros - Naxos - Santorini.
