Notes
A deposit of 40% of the total rental value is required upon booking to confirm a reservation. Guests will receive confirmation of receipt. Guests should arrange that the required amount is received net, free of bank charges, in the local currency, in EURO
Prior or upon your arrival in Kea, the remaining balance of the rental fee is due. All booking will be paid in full, PRIOR to the actual stay. If you do not pay before day 1 of your stay, we will cancel the booking and not allow you to stay at the villa.
Terms and Conditions
Cancellation policy: Cancellations have to be made by call or in writing (e-mail, mail, fax). If cancellation is made during week 6 prior to arrival (by Friday 5 PM), 100% of deposits reimbursed, at week 5, 50% of the fee is returned. After week 4, all of the deposit is forfeited. Weeks start at 00:01 am of Saturday
A 20% damage guarantee deposit may also be required when balance is due with your 40% down payment. Guests will be notified if such a deposit is required along with their booking deposit confirmation. The guarantee will be returned within 15 working days after departure and upon inspection of the premises. Otherwise, the balance covering any repairs-replacements, along with any receipts and other charges, will only be returned to the guest
