Greece is not very rich in local products for the inhabitants
of the city have mostly abandoned agriculture, fishing
and other local activities for tourism.
Nevertheless, Ios island in the Cyclades produces some fine vegetables,
juicy fruits, golden honey and excellent local cheese
called “xinotiri”. |
