Plakes Ios: Plakes is among the most impressive beaches in Ios, distinguishing for the soft golden sand and the calm shimmering waters. The remote beach is located near Kalamos, 16km from Chora and northeast of Manganari. Plakes uniquely combines the colors of nature that compose this magnificent scenery. Plakes is not very easy to access but the white sand and the turquoise clear waters will definitely compensate you.
