Any cancellation 20 days prior to arrival, results in keep the advanced payment that is the 30% payment of the entire booking and in short-stay reservations at least the cost of the first two nights. Any cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival, or non show, results in keep the advanced payment. Less stay results in 100% charges.
