Folegandros is a small island with long-narrow shape. It is located on the southern side of Cyclades, between Sikinos and Milos.
Sparcely populated and barren, Folegandros is an authentic Cycladic island. The landscape is wind and there is not much greenery around, except for some trees and short vegetation. |

The majority of beaches in Folegandros are pebbled, but their water is always clean.
On the sourthern side of the island, there are a couple of sea caves to explore by boat, such as the Cave of Georgitsi. Worth visiting is also Chrissospilia (Golden Cave) with precious stalactites and stalagmites. |
