If you cancel your booking at least 15 days before your arrival we send you back your deposit minus expenses required for that transaction.
Cheque in time: 13 :00
Cheque out time : 12 :00
If you wish to keep your room after 12:00 till 18:00 you will be charge with the amount of 50% of the cost of the room.
If you wish to keep your room after 18:00 you will be charge with the amount of 100% of the cost of the room. Your overstay will be given from the hotel only if the room is available

You can send your deposit thought:
• Via credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD) you send us with email or a fax at your credit card details number and expire date and we charge it you will get your receipt upon you arrival or when you settle your account.

• Postal check to "Despoina Tounta, hotel Chryssi Akti, Batsi, Andros, 83503, Cyclades, Greece".
• By making a deposition.
