The complex is ideally located in the seaside resort of Agios Petros, at a distance of just 1,500m from the picturesque port of Gavrio in Andros.
Accommodation
The complex consists of 8 independent houses with garden, large verandas, sea view and parking space.
The houses have two rooms, a bedroom and a living room with fully-equipped kitchen and shower-bathroom.
Four of the houses are stone-made maisonettes of 50 sq. m each with bathroom and WC, while the rest are 50-65 sq. m. each and can host from 2 to 5 people.
The houses are constructed with the best material to provide absolute insulation against heat or cold, while shading in the verandas is provided with electric tents. For the water supply of the complex, there is a water-softening and cleaning unit.
Each house has fully-equipped kitchen, air-conditioning in all rooms, satellite TV- NOVA of 32-40 LCD, wireless Internet, fax, bathroom-shower-WC, independent heating, changing of sheets and towels every 3 days, daily cleaning, washing machine, safe box, hair dryer, make up and shaving mirror, baby cot.
